About these terms
This website is operated by LE MELANGE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, trading as Casewell, at 10232 Clubhouse Turn Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33449, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms, to our privacy notice, our refund policy, our shipping policy and our acceptable use policy. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Accounts and orders are for end customers and for businesses buying for their own use or for resale under our bulk terms. We do not accept orders from anyone under 13 in any circumstances, and anyone aged 13 to 17 may only contact us with the consent of a parent or guardian.
What we sell
We sell empty cosmetic storage: pouches, cases, rolls, trays, dividers, and empty bottles and jars that you fill yourself. We do not sell cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or any other product with an ingredient list, and nothing we sell is intended for food, drink or anything ingestible. Bottles and jars are supplied clean and empty; what you put in them is your responsibility.
Coatings on our products are water-resistant, which means they resist splashes and short contact with damp surfaces. They are not waterproof, they are not leak-proof, and they must not be inverted for long periods or soaked. We make no claim that any product will pass any security screening, because those rules are set by the authority at your point of departure and change without notice. We make no antibacterial, antimicrobial or hygiene claim about any material we use.
How an order is formed
Adding an item to your cart is not an order. When you submit your details at checkout you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline the order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the delivery address, if we suspect fraud, or if a price was listed in error.
Pricing errors. If an obvious pricing or description error is discovered before dispatch, we will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not simply charge the higher amount.
Pricing and currency
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD), currently between $14 and $148. Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable, and exclude import duties on international orders, which are the recipient’s responsibility. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee.
Every purchase on this site is a one-time purchase. There is no membership, no subscription, no recurring charge, no stored balance and no loyalty scheme. Nothing on this site will bill you again unless you place a new order.
Promotions and discounts
- Free shipping threshold. Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders over $59 before tax. The threshold is assessed on the order subtotal after any discount.
- First-order code. Where a first-order code is offered it applies once per customer, cannot be combined with another code, cannot be applied retrospectively, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Set pricing. A set is always priced below the total of its items bought separately. Where we show that comparison, the higher figure is the current price of those items on this site.
- Reference prices. Where a price is shown struck through, the struck-through figure is the lowest price at which that item was actually sold on this site in the previous 30 days. If that condition is not met, no struck-through price is shown at all.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Card details are entered on a secure page hosted by our payment provider and are never entered on, or stored by, this website. We accept the card networks listed in the footer. If a payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order and withhold dispatch.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States and 7–18 business days internationally. If we cannot dispatch within 30 days of your order we will tell you and offer you the choice of a revised date or a full refund. Full detail is in the shipping policy.
Returns and cancellation
You may return an unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom additionally have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, and that right is not affected by anything in these terms. Product information
Dimensions and weights are measured on production samples and are accurate to within one centimetre and ten grams respectively. Capacity figures state how many typical items a compartment was designed around; they are indicative, not guaranteed, because the products you own vary. Always check the published internal dimensions against your own items. Screen colours vary between devices.
Reviews and submissions
If we publish customer reviews, we publish them as received other than for removal of personal information, profanity or unlawful content. We do not pay for reviews, we do not filter by rating, and we do not remove a review because it is unfavourable. By sending us a review, photograph or suggestion you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it in connection with the product it describes. You must own what you send.
Intellectual property
The Casewell name, the site design, photography and product copy belong to LE MELANGE, LLC. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them commercially without written permission. We respect the intellectual property of others: our products do not carry third-party trademarks, characters or protected designs, and we do not accept custom briefs that ask us to reproduce them.
Website security
This site is served over TLS with strict transport security, content-type and framing protections enabled. You must not attempt to breach its security, probe it for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its availability — see the acceptable use policy. If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it to support@sanddhandbag.shop rather than publishing it.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss caused by using a product outside its stated limits — for example immersing an item, using a container for food, or relying on a product to protect its contents from a spill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
