What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Local storage does a similar job with more room. Both let a site remember something between page loads — such as what is in your cart. This policy covers both, and forms part of our privacy notice.
Strictly necessary
These make the shop function. They cannot be switched off from within the site, and under the ePrivacy rules they do not require consent, because without them the service you asked for cannot be delivered.
- Cart contents — the items you added, so they are still there when you come back. Stored in your browser’s local storage, not sent to us until you check out.
- Session and security — short-lived cookies set by our hosting platform to route requests correctly and to protect against cross-site request forgery.
Analytics
We do not currently run any third-party analytics, advertising or social media pixel on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising network tags, no session recording, no heatmaps. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before setting anything, and this page will be updated first.
Marketing
We set no marketing or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell or share any information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Our mailing list works from an email address you gave us deliberately, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

The Fit Planner keeps nothing at all. The numbers you type there live in the page’s memory and disappear when you close the tab.
How to control them
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and local storage, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items will empty your cart between visits and may stop checkout working, but nothing else on the site depends on them. You do not need to accept any banner here, because there is nothing optional to accept.
Global Privacy Control
We honour Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser sends one, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information and we will not set non-essential storage for that session. As it stands there is no non-essential storage to set.
Changes
If we add any cookie beyond the ones listed here, this page will be updated before it is set, and a consent control will be added to the site at the same time.
