Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses https://sanddhandbag.shop, whether or not they buy anything. It sits alongside our terms of service, and breaking it is a breach of those terms.
Permitted use
- Browsing, searching and reading anything published here.
- Buying for your own use, as a gift, or for resale under agreed bulk terms.
- Using the Fit Planner as often as you like. It runs in your browser and costs us nothing.
- Quoting short extracts of our copy with a link back, for reviews, comparisons or editorial coverage.
- Saving product pages for your own reference.
Prohibited use
- Placing orders with a payment method you are not authorised to use.
- Impersonating another person, or ordering on someone’s behalf without their consent.
- Using a false name or address, or a freight forwarder, to obtain goods.
- Abusing promotional codes, including creating multiple accounts to reuse a first-order code.
- Uploading anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing someone else’s rights.
- Interfering with the site’s operation or availability, or attempting to gain access to systems or data that are not yours.
- Reselling our photography, product copy or the Casewell name without written permission.
Scraping and automation
You may not use crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers or any other automated means to extract this site’s catalogue, pricing, imagery or copy for a commercial dataset or a competing listing. Search engine crawlers that respect our robots directives are welcome. Automated requests that degrade performance for other visitors will be rate-limited or blocked.
Reviews and submissions
Where reviews are enabled, they must describe genuine experience of a product you bought.
- No incentivised, paid or traded reviews, in either direction.
- No reviews written by us, by our suppliers, or by anyone with an undisclosed connection to us.
- No personal information about anyone, including order numbers or addresses.
- No links to other retailers, and no promotional content.
We publish reviews as received, apart from removing personal information, profanity or unlawful content. We do not remove a review for being unfavourable, and we do not sort or filter to hide low ratings.
Resale
You are free to resell items you have bought. You may not present yourself as an authorised Casewell dealer, use our logo as a shop identity, or state or imply that we endorse your listing. Warranty and returns for goods you resell are a matter between you and your own customer, though genuine manufacturing faults remain our responsibility and we will honour them.
Categories we do not trade in
Casewell sells empty cosmetic storage and nothing else. So that there is no ambiguity for customers, partners or payment providers, we do not sell, list, advertise or accept custom briefs for:
- cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or any product with an ingredient list;
- pharmaceuticals, supplements, nicotine, tobacco, vaping products, alcohol or cannabis;
- weapons, ammunition, explosives, or blades of any kind, including manicure blades;
- electrical or battery-powered goods;
- adult products, gambling products, financial products, or cryptocurrency;
- counterfeit goods, replicas, or anything carrying a third party’s trademark, character or protected design;
- anything intended for contact with food, drink or anything ingestible.
Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. Do not run automated vulnerability scanners against this site, do not attempt denial of service, and do not access data belonging to other customers. Report what you find to support@sanddhandbag.shop with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable period to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue legal action against research conducted on those terms.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, cancel an order, block access to the site, or refer a matter to law enforcement. Where we cancel an order for a breach of this policy, we refund anything you have paid for goods not dispatched.
