Who we are

Casewell is the retail brand of LE MELANGE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 10232 Clubhouse Turn Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33449, United States. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation we are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. What we collect

We collect only what a transaction or an enquiry actually requires.

Information you give us

Order details: name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and any delivery note you choose to add.
Enquiries: the contents of messages sent through our contact form or custom order form, including your country and the subject you select.
Marketing: your email address, if you subscribe to our mailing list, and the fact that you consented.
Consent records: which confirmations you ticked, and when.

Information collected automatically

Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, and the pages you viewed on this site. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies: described in full in our cookie policy.

What we never collect

Card numbers. Card details are entered on a secure page hosted by our payment provider. They are never entered on this website and never reach our servers.
Government identity numbers, social security numbers, or passport numbers.
Special category data as defined by the GDPR — we have no reason to ask for health, biometric, racial, religious, political or sexual orientation data, and you should not send it to us.

The Fit Planner runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter there are not transmitted to us and are not stored.

Why we use it

To take, price, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To answer enquiries and to quote for custom or bulk work.
To handle returns, refunds and any dispute about a transaction.
To send marketing email, only where you have asked for it.
To meet tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and automated scraping of the site.

We do not carry out automated decision making or profiling that has a legal or similar effect.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases:

Performance of a contract — processing your order and delivering it.
Consent — marketing email, and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legal obligation — tax and accounting records, and product safety obligations.
Legitimate interests — site security, fraud prevention, and answering enquiries you initiate. We have balanced these against your rights and use the least intrusive means available.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to the categories of recipient below, and only for the purpose stated.

Payment provider — to take payment and to process refunds and chargebacks. They receive the order amount and the identifiers needed to reconcile the payment.
Carriers — to deliver your parcel. They receive the delivery name, address and telephone number.
Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run this website and store order records securely.
Email provider — to send order confirmations and, where you consented, marketing email.
Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

Each processor is bound by contract to use the information only on our instructions and to protect it appropriately.

How long we keep it

Order records: seven years, because tax and accounting law requires it.
Enquiries and custom order briefs: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
Abandoned checkout details: up to 24 months, so we can help you complete an order you started. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
Server logs: up to 12 months.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our infrastructure is hosted there. If you order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where we receive personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, transfers are made under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum where applicable, with supplementary technical measures including encryption in transit and at rest. A copy of the relevant clauses is available on request.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you can ask us to:

confirm what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
restrict or object to a particular use, including direct marketing;
provide your information in a portable, machine-readable format;
withdraw consent, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.

Write to support@sanddhandbag.shop with the word “privacy” in the subject line. We respond within 30 days, and within 45 days for requests under California law, and we may ask for enough information to confirm you are the person the record belongs to. Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will never treat you differently for using them.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined by the CPRA. In the preceding twelve months we collected the categories of information described above: identifiers, customer records, commercial information about your purchases, and internet activity relating to this site. We collected them for the business purposes described above, from you directly and from your use of the site, and disclosed them only to the categories of recipient listed above.

To exercise a right, email support@sanddhandbag.shop or call +1 555 805 4322. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify. If we decline a request we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to that decision.

Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, and we do not set non-essential cookies for that session. Because we do not sell or share personal information in the first place, this changes nothing about how your data is handled — but the signal is respected regardless.

Children and teenagers

This site is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to place an order or to subscribe to marketing email. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Anyone aged 13 to 17 may contact us only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and our contact form asks for a guardian’s email address in that case. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to support@sanddhandbag.shop and we will delete it.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Order records are stored on access-controlled infrastructure, and access is limited to staff who need it to do their job. Card data never touches our systems. No system is perfect, so if we ever suffer a breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
